What to Expect

Your first visit to our offices involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You’ll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. There’s also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.


We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Elmhurst, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site; however, it is best to call us so we can give you an exact date and time. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. There is a $50 fee charged for appointments not canceled within 24 hours.

We accept most traditional and PPO insurance plans, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Co-payment is due at the time of service. Please discuss with one of our receptionists for details. We are happy to file insurance for you. We are currently in-network providers for the following insurance plans:
